Andrea, our captain, will take you to discover the most beautiful places on the north coast of Western Sicily.
Our Catamaran "Meraviglioso" can accommodate up to a maximum of 38 people and your excursion will take place in tranquility, relaxation and complete safety.
Together we will explore the eastern area of San Vito Lo Capo with the Zingaro Reserve and its coves of an intense blue, until we reach the majestic and suggestive sea stacks of Scopello.
In the case of an excursion to the west, however, you will be fascinated by the beauty of the Gulf of Makari and the splendid coves such as those of the "Bue Marino" and the grandeur of Mount Cofano, with its nature reserve, in full Sicilian style, overlooking the sea.
Our Catamaran is equipped with a fully OPEN SPACE deck and includes four comfortable sofas and a bar cabinet, toilet, comfortable cushions and an awning that will allow you to shelter from the scorching sun. For sunbathing lovers, the sun deck at the bow is the place for you.
Equipped with a Boss Marine 800 Watt HI-FI stereo system in the cockpit with 4 speakers that will accompany you during the excursion in joy and harmony.
Each excursion includes two stops in which our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the crystal clear waters of the area which is full of a variety of fish.
The snorkelling equipment made available will give you the opportunity to admire the seabed in total independence.
Our staff will assist you in tasting typical local products accompanied by an excellent Sicilian wine, ALL INCLUSIVE.
Furthermore, all the openings of our Catamaran allow the passage of wheelchairs for the disabled.

We will leave the port of San Vito Lo Capo in the direction of Scopello along the long white beach and passing under Mount Monaco, the shape of which gives it its name.
After having crossed the Saracen Towers, the famous Tonnara (tuna fishery) of San Vito Lo Capo which is now disused and used in many film scripts, will appear in the gulf. Immediately afterwards we will sail a few metres from the "Lago di Venere", a unique natural lake to be admired!
Further south, located on a rocky promontory, we will meet the resort of “Calampiso”, a very popular timeshare.
Next we will enter the reserve, the famous "Riserva dello Zingaro". The first cove to appear will be that of the Tonnarella where the 7 km long path begins, and there is the museum of peasant art.
The next cove, that of Uzzo, is the most beautiful of all. At the top is the Grotta dell'Uzzo cave from which it takes its name and in the water there is the “Grotta degli Innamorati” (Lovers' Cave).
Here we will stop for about 30 minutes during which our guests can have their first swim and visit the cave itself. They will be provided with SNORKELLING equipment, so that they can admire the seabed and the many fish that characterize this paradise.
We will then leave Cala dell’Uzzo to visit the remaining coves that complete the Zingaro and, finally, we will reach Scopello. Here the famous sea stacks will be the majestic masters and the tonnara (tuna fishery) will frame this splendid gulf.
Here too we bathe for about 30 minutes and an aperitif will be served to our guests, consisting of typical local products accompanied by an excellent "ALL INCLUSIVE" local wine and water.
After this last stop, we will return towards San Vito Lo Capo where our guests can relax and enjoy the view and navigation along the coast.
Andrea, our captain, depending on the weather conditions, will be able to modify the planned bathroom stops and schedules, always trying to comply with them in the best possible way.

It can be considered a double excursion. Guests of the catamaran "Meraviglioso", as well as discovering the coast, will be able to enjoy the sunset which, with its breathtaking colours, will ensure a unique show of its kind.
We will leave the port of San Vito Lo Capo in the direction of Monte Cofano, skirting the lighthouse, active since 1859 and which has become one of the symbols of the town.
The navigation will be oriented towards the Gulf of Makari where we will arrive at one of the most loved and visited beaches in Italy, "La Caletta del Bue Marino", awarded in the competition “La più bella sei tu” by Legambiente in 2016. Next to it there is the Isulidda beach. It is in this enchanting corner that we will stop for a 30-minute swim. Here our guests can admire the caves on the water and discover a real marine park, which will ensure that we (or snorkelling enthusiasts) have fun.
Not far from here are the cliffs of Cala Mancina, the rocky walls which are much appreciated by climbers. On top of them stands an ancient watchtower, the Torre dell’Isulidda, placed there to guard this beautiful stretch of coast.
Following this, there is the renowned “Baia Santa Margherita” beach, a white sandy bed along a flat expanse of red rock, which constitutes an additional tourist attraction.
Finally, at the westernmost point, Mount Cofano on the horizon elegantly overlooks a gulf of incomparable beauty. This area is the main attraction of San Vito Lo Capo, together with its beach and the Zingaro Reserve. Nearby are the two town hamlets of San Vito Lo Capo: Castelluzzo and Makari, the latter being protagonist of the famous TV series "Makari" broadcast on Rai 1.
Also during this itinerary, during the bathroom stop of about 30 minutes, our guests will be offered an aperitif which will consist of typical products accompanied by an excellent local wine and water, "ALL INCLUSIVE".
After admiring the sunset, we will return to San Vito Lo Capo so that our guests can return to their accommodation, ready for a romantic dinner, after a unique and unforgettable day.
Andrea, our Captain, also in this case, depending on the weather conditions, will be able to modify the scheduled bathroom stops and schedules, always trying to comply with them in the best possible way.
We at Nautical Service are committed to making your excursion pleasant and relaxing. For this reason, we would like to suggest some ideas to make your catamaran excursion even more beautiful.
We recommend that you bring some sunglasses, hats and sunscreen with you, to enjoy our Sicilian sun to the fullest, a beach towel, useful for our sun deck area, a beach bag in which to keep your personal belongings, and for cooler days a light wind jacket, especially useful during the afternoon return or when returning from the post-sunset excursion.
Finally, despite the abundant refreshments provided by our staff, it may be useful to bring along a bottle of water or any other soft drink to cool off between one dip and another.
